Honey you’ll be fine is one of my personal favorite and sold out at my first pop up. It’s so easy and smooth to drink I often find myself getting shitfaced in my apartment by drinking this too fast. One of my favorite part about this drink is spraying the “ex’s initials” on top adding additional meaning to whomever is drinking. Every time I made this drink for my friends or hookups always a fun conversation when I learn a little bit about their ex. If they call their ex crazy, run.

Recipe here:
Mix in
- Tom Cat Gin 1.5oz (Different gin will result in very different flavor, strongly recommend to use Tom Cat Gin for this recipe)
- Honey Syrup 0.5oz (I use 3:1 honey to water ratio)
- Lemon juice 0.5oz
- 1 Egg white
- Spray with early gray bitters on top
