There's a trend on tiktok to talk about what your Roman Empire is. My Roman empire is to think about the kiss that made you feel like the whole world froze around you. Have you ever had that type of kiss? Or, I could just be too drunk at that time.

The concept of this drink is to create a frozen sphere with a sweet and bubbly drink in the middle, replicating that feeling. I picked a gin on the sweeter side (Barr Hill, my personal fav) to wash it with fig butter then top with minty G27 foam. I realized I typically make drinks that’s on the sour, bitter side. In this chapter, most of the drinks are on the sweeter side. Am I no longer a bitter and sour bitch?

This is a kiss with a guy I met at a bar in Lausanne, Switzerland. I walked in and immediately noticed him, dude is like a Henry Cavill casually radiating his hotness. (My best friend @_penny.lee_ can confirm) Just when I thought maybe he is out of my league and ready to leave. I got a chance to speak to him and shoot my shot. The rest is history. Recipe:
- Fig butter washed gin 1.5oz
- Half of passion fruit
- Honey one bar spoon
- Lime juice 0.5oz (adjust the citrus based on how sweet or sour of your passion fruit)

Carbonate the drink then put in fridge to keep it chill. I used my ice mold that can make round shape ice and froze for only 3 hours then you poke a hole to let the not frozen part of water out. Basically form a container for your drink.

G27 foam:
- 200g water
- 100g G27 liqueur
- 1g soy lecithin
- a splash of lime juice to activate the foam

Assemble the drink! Pour the carbonated mix in frozen sphere then top with the G27 foam. Drink with a tiny straw :)
